At Kent Wynn’s Shop, we are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them.
To be eligible, the products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide your order number and include photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly. Depending on your preference, we will arrange a replacement, issue store credit, or provide a full refund for the defective item.
